Bevog Eira 2025 | BA Stout

A complex and full-bodied beer, with layers of dark roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, and dried fruit that made our cellar masters happy. The beer, sourced from the very best barrels, was blended and enriched with vanilla beans and cocoa nibs, 100% fair trade and sourced from controlled organic farming: as always supplied by our local chocolate factory, Zotter.

A magnificent beer with a deep, round chocolate flavor, while the vanilla softens the sharp edges and adds sweetness and warmth to the natural intensity of the imperial stout. The bourbon binds everything together with notes of oak, caramel, and smooth whiskey.

Eira is a beer to be sipped slowly, made for long evenings, where chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon come together in perfect balance.
